Since 2002, Studio Wu has reached out to schools through its services in dance training and choreography in many schools’ Curriculum and CCA Programmes. With our provision of professional dance instruction in a wide variety of dance styles, our dance programmes serve as a form of social interaction between the students, fostering an appreciation of the different ethnic cultures and also to develop the students physically and aesthetically. Studio Wu has also trained school teams in many dance competitions and our schools are Dance Champions for Dance Works 2008 and 2009. In addition, we conduct recreational dance / fitness programs for school teachers & administrative staff.

Our full range of dance programmes are specially tailored to the specification set by the schools. With programmes endorsed by the National Arts Council’s Arts Education Programme (NAC-AEP) and Singapore Sports Council’s Sports Education Programme (SEP), we strive to provide a quality teaching service, with great emphasis on training to the latest dance sensations, developments of techniques and performance skills in a nurturing way. All trainers and instructors undergo the National Coaching Accredation Programme (NCAP), First Aid and Safety Training and Special Education Certification (by Rainbow Centre) to ensure the best for the students.

And in recent years, Singapore government has been emphasizing on the importance of providing a cross-cultural platform for the Arts across our nation. With the support by National Arts Council and Singapore Sports Council, Studio Wu has been dedicated in assisting the schools, supporting and developing programmes that would elevate arts education excellence to a higher level. We have over 100 partnering schools including CHIJ, PAP Kindergarten, Hwa Chong Institute, Radin Mas Primary, East View Primary, St Joseph’s Institution, National Institute of Education, Serangoon Junior College, Tampines ITE, Yishun Primary, Si Ling Secondary and Northlight School

In our attempt to be the finest in what we execute, we hope not only to impart the knowledge and expertise in dance, but also to share our dedication and passion in dance to the students of our future generation.
