Absolute Beginners Course: Modern Jazz

“Ever thought about gaining more self-confidence?  Always wanted to get out of your ‘Shy-Self’?  And to better express yourself like never before?”

Welcome to the world of Modern Jazz which highlights the essence of one’s expression and emotion through dance.

As every individual is unique in our very own perception and interpretation, this course extends every dancer’s potential and capablity in performance while displaying a theme or a message alongwith the song/music.

Be introduced to a brand of Modern Jazz which is helmed by Esther – InnoJazz (derived from “innovative”).

Indulge yourself in our themed choreography, whereby dancers are encouraged to express their free-style emotions based on a keyword or message, such as, ‘Myself’, ‘Dream’, ‘joy, anger, sorrow, delight’ etc. which, boosts spontaneity and creativity in thoughts.

Dancers will be guided the fundamentals of jazz dance, understanding of rhythm and management of space and time, to develop better bodylines, postures and dispositions. (hence, this enhance our physical characteristics.)

InnoJazz – Every moment is an experience, every experience is an indulgence.

Duration:

6 consecutive weeks (90 minutes per class)

$180 (inclusive of GST) / $167.40 (before GST)
